One company handles the whole facade package, so responsibility is not split between parties.

Design & engineering
Scheme design, shop drawings, BIM modelling and structural calculations by the headquarters design institute — to Indonesian codes and international standards.

Fabrication
Curtain wall units, aluminium profiles and panels are made at the Shaoxing plant and shipped to site in Indonesia.

Installation
The local team runs installation on site: programme, quality, safety and coordination with the main contractor.

Maintenance
Inspection and maintenance after handover, so the facade keeps performing in a tropical climate.

Systems we deliver
Unitized curtain wall
Units fully assembled in the factory and installed floor by floor — suited to high-rises.
Stick curtain wall
Assembled on site on an aluminium frame. This is the system used on the Weda Bay tower.
Aluminium panel facades
Aluminium panels are made and coated by the group's building materials company in Shaoxing.
Stone and metal facades
As on the stone-and-glass facade of Kaifeng Haihui Center and the metal fins of Beijing Wukesong Arena.
Neisen system windows & doors
The group's system window and door brand. The coastal specification is standard on projects in typhoon and salt-air regions, including Indonesia.

Tropical climate
Facades for the tropical coast
At Weda Bay, North Maluku, the facade has to withstand a salt-laden tropical marine environment. We used high weather-resistant insulated glass, anti-corrosion aluminium profiles and weather-resistant silicone sealant, with full BIM detailed design.
Quality control
Every system goes through design review, factory inspection and physical testing. Full-scale mock-ups are tested for air infiltration, static and dynamic water penetration and structural wind load to international standards. Production quality records are traceable to every panel.
